When my order arrived?
Mexico: We generally deliver all our orders between 7 and 10 business days. This depends on the shipping date of the order, we will strive to make this process take as little time as possible.
In special sales and/or contingencies, deliveries could take a little longer (Check current estimated delivery dates).
For follow-ups and questions write to us: info@zingara.com.mx Rest of the world: We generally deliver all our orders outside of Mexico in a maximum time of 20 business days. This depends on the date of dispatch of the order.
**PLEASE CONSIDER THAT THIS TIME IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE AND THAT THE DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CUSTOMS OF EACH COUNTRY ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. **NOTE: DEPENDING ON HOLIDAYS AND LOCATION DUE TO EXTENDED DELIVERY AREAS THERE COULD BE SOME DELAYS.
How long does the Exchanges and Returns process take?
We will do our best to make it as agile and fast as possible. As soon as we receive the package we will let you know via email if the Exchange or Return was authorized or not to continue the process.
However, we ask for 48 to 72 hours to process the case. If you wish to make a change, we will send you a link to pay the new shipping cost. Once payment is approved, we will send you your new product(s) and notify you via email with your new order tracking number.
If you wish to apply for a refund, we will reimburse you through a coupon, which we will send you via email and you can use as soon as you receive it. It will be valid and will be for purchases exclusively in the online store
What happens if my order arrives damaged or missing?
You have nothing to worry about! You can be sure that we work very hard to offer all our customers the highest quality service and products. However, if this were to happen, you can write to us and we will urgently review the case and give you the best solution!
