We accept exchanges and returns! These are the requirements:
To make an exchange effective, the product must show no signs of having been used, be dirty or without labels. VALMA reserves the right to refuse to exchange or return if the product has been used, dirty or altered in any way.
You have 7 calendar days to make any exchange or return and it is essential to present your purchase receipt. You can exchange your item for any other of equal or greater value. If you choose one of lower value, the difference can be given to you in a coupon or electronic wallet with a validity of one month to use it.
Refunds will be made solely and exclusively in a coupon or electronic wallet that will be valid for one month to be used.
For purchases in our boutique you can go directly to the branch where you made your purchase to request your exchange or return.
